Standard's CFPB-compatible software is called Standard Conveyancer Closing Center. Closing Center runs on 32-bit or 64-bit computers. Older versions of Standard Conveyancer need to be upgraded to work with the Closing Disclosure forms. All past closing files and custom documents can be will be accessible in the new software.

Due to security issues, non-conformity with ALTA Best Practices, and the inability to update Windows XP to run Closing Center properly, we are not able to support Windows XP with the TRID forms.
